Decerto CEO named among Top 25 Sales Enablement Software Executives of 2025

The Software Report has announced its annual Top 25 Sales Enablement Software Executives of 2025 list, recognizing leaders shaping the future of sales technology worldwide. Among this year’s honorees is Piotr Biedacha, Chief Executive Officer of Decerto.

Piotr Biedacha has been leading Decerto since 2007. Over the years, the company has achieved significant growth in development, workforce expansion, and market-leading innovations in the insurance sector. The ranking also highlighted Decerto’s recent success: in July 2025, the company partnered with InterRisk TU SA Vienna Insurance Group to launch IRON, a modern digital sales platform built on Decerto’s proprietary Higson engine. Designed with a microservices architecture and a user-first approach, the platform boosts agent productivity through real-time premium calculations, automated workflows, and high security standards.

Since joining Decerto in 2007, Biedacha has played a key role in transforming the company into a trusted partner for insurers across Europe and beyond. Decerto’s clients include Warta, Generali, PZU, and Allianz.

Biedacha began his career as a software developer and later held leadership roles at JAVART and Reebok. He holds a master’s degree in software engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology and completed postgraduate management studies at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
